SUMMARY
"One group of four dogs (2 males and 2 females) was administered Filmix, Lot #12-29-89, by intravenous injection at a dose level of 4.8 ml/kg. No clinical signs were observed during the study. None of the animals died at the 4.8 ml/kg dose level. No visible lesions were observed in any animal at terminal necropsy."
"Based on the results of the Acute Intravenous (I.V.) Toxicity Study in Dogs, the estimated acute intravenous LD50 in males and females was determined to be greater than 4.8 ml/kg."
