Because we conduct primarily financing activities, we participate in all segments of media and telecommunications. Most investors and lenders with whom we have long and extensive contacts invest across sectors.
The company was formed in 1986 by David Abraham as David Abraham & Company, LLC ("DAC") following an assignment as Vice President of Operations and Finance for a cable television multiple system operator. In 1992, DAC began its focus on media and telecommunications; prior to that, Mr. Abraham had a more generalized advisory and consulting business.
