| Previous page | Fiat 600 inboard rear suspension pick-ups can fail from racing stresses. Abarth installed braces like these on the later 850 and 1000 TC Corsas (circled in the photo below) to stiffen up and strengthen them. They can be installed on any Abarth built of a Fiat 600 chassis, They are made from 16 GA steel. Note how the edges turn up for extra strength.
