Second Grade Students At HCS Use Laptops To Create Math Sentences With Kidpix
On Halloween Day second graders at HCS had fun using spooky shapes to create math addition problems. Each student used a new MacBook from the portable computer lab to draw a math addition fact. Children learned how to use the Kidpix stamp tool to stamp some scary shapes on the page. Then they used the drawing tool to create a math sentence. Students finished the activity by printing out their work. All this was part of a special treat the second grade teachers put together for their students. |
