Mrs. Wolman's 2007 - 2008 Class

Students Read Biographies

 Students read biographies, wrote summaries, and reported main ideas of the person’s life to the class.  For additional credit, many students created special projects to enhance their presentations.  We all learned a lot about many famous people!

Our Class Schedule

  • Sign in for lunch. Begin morning work.
  • Language Arts—Wordly Wise, Daily Oral Language, Guided reading,
  • Writing, Spelling
  • Mathematics—CMT Math Review, Computational fluency, Lesson      objectives
  • Lunch and Recess
  • Record homework in student planners.  Sustained silent reading or oral reading
  • Social studies or Science—alternated approximately every six weeks
  • Students go to Mrs. McGlynn for social studies and remain in   class for science.
  • Prepare for dismissal
  • Dismissal
